The Right-Choice provides services and products to all our customers, subject to the following terms and conditions;
By accessing, browsing or utilizing any information on our services and products within the The Right-Choice web site, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions contained within our web site.
However, if you do not agree with our stated terms and conditions, The Right-Choice advises that you do not use our site to obtain any information.
The Right-Choice reserves the right to amend any services, products, prices, terms or conditions contained within our The Right-Choice web site at the discretion of The Right-Choice without any notification. If any changes are made, all information will take effect immediately.
PRICES & PRODUCTS
All prices and products displayed on our The Right-Choice web site are proven to be current at time of issue. However, from time to time, prices may vary slightly and all products are subject to availability.
The Right-Choice gladly accepts International queries and orders.
Any order/s placed by you as our customer, is an intention/offer to purchase a particular product or products. The Right-Choice reserved the right to accept or refuse your offer for any particular reason, discreet to The Right-Choice's Policy.
To efficiently process your order, you must accurately provide all necessary information related to your order such as: your name, mailing address, email address and all credit card details.
Your contract with The Right-Choice takes effect when The Right-Choice advises that your order has been accepted and receipt of payment is confirmed.
The Right-Choice accepts all payments in the following methods;
- Credit Card (Visa Cards, MasterCard, Bank Card)
- Bank Transfers/Deposits (Australian Residents only)
- Money Order (Australian Residents only)
- Company, Bank & Personal Cheques

Payments from overseas customers are not accepted via Electronic Funds Transfer.
The Right-Choice reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at our discretion and at any time without notice.
Any misleading details provided, such as false name or personal details, and the unauthorized use of credit card will be considered fraudulent. Therefore, all fraudulent activity will be subject to prosecution by the fullest extent of the law.
All The Right-Choice products are sold with a full manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty periods vary by manufacturer and product.
Initially, all claims outside fourteen days should be directed to the manufacturer or its authorized service centre.
During this instance, the manufacturer may direct you to return the product back to us as the retailer, then you must contact The Right-Choice within seven days of noticing the problem, in order to claim service under warranty.
If you do contact The Right-Choice to make a claim, it is highly recommended that you contact us no later than 14 days prior to the warranty period validity.
In accordance with The Right-Choice ’s Return Policy, you will need to state to us that the goods are being returned under the manufacturer’s warranty, in order for us to issue you with a Return Reference Number. Subsequently, you will be required to arrange for the return delivery of the product to the listed address in the Return Policy.
Please note that The Right-Choice will not in any instance, pay nor reimburse any cost accumulated as a result of a customer shipment under a manufacturer’s warranty.
To allow adequate time for the product to be returned to the manufacturer, the product is required to be received by The Right-Choice at least 7 days prior to the manufacturer’s warranty expiry date. Once The Right-Choice has received the product, The Right-Choice will return the product to the manufacturer or its authorized service centre for repair or replacement.
The product will be either repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. However, should the manufacturer decide that the fault is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, then The Right-Choice will contact you of the outcome. The Right-Choice will also advise you of any repair costs quoted and we will ask you if you would like to proceed with the repair. Please note that if you decide not to proceed with the repair, the manufacturer may charge you an inspection fee which is beyond our control. Once the product is returned to The Right-Choice , we will arrange return delivery of the product to you at our expense.
Prior to returning the product to you, please note that for any product whereby the manufacturer has determined that the fault is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, The Right-Choice requires payment in full for any manufacturer’s service charges and any costs related with the processing of the return.
Please contact The Right-Choice to assist you with your warranty claim if you have difficulties contacting the manufacturer or its authorized service centre.
The Right-Choice may discontinue some products from time to time under instructions from its vendors. Your right to return these discontinued products may be limited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Right-Choice will not be under any circumstance, be liable for any damages or loss whatsoever, whether direct or indirect to the extent permitted by the law. In addition, The Right-Choice will also not be liable for any loss of profits that are associated to the use of, or the inability to use of the The Right-Choice web site.
The Right-Choice ’s liability shall be limited to any of the following:
If the breach relates to services supplied or offered
- the supplying of these services completed again or
- payments of any expenses of having these services supplied again
If the breach relates to products
- the replacement of the good or goods of equivalent value
- the payment of the cost of replacing the goods
- the repair of the goods or
- the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired
where The Right-Choice is unable to exclude liability for breach of terms and conditions of any warranty of any statute.
