When a The Right-Choice customer is dissatisfied with their goods, a period of 7 days from the date of delivery is offered to The Right-Choice customers to notify The Right-Choice about their dissatisfaction.
The Right-Choice accept the following situations;
- Shipment of wrong/damaged goods
- Short shipment of goods from a consignment
In the above conditions, please contact The Right-Choice’s Returns Department.
Prior to any goods being returned, whether defective or not, a Return Reference Number is required. In order to obtain a Return Reference Number, please contact The Right-Choice ’s Return Department on03 9689 0400.
You will be requested to supply the following;
- Name and contact details
- Product to be returned
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return
You may locate these details on your invoice.
Return Reference Numbers are only valid for 7 days and therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the returned product is received within the stated period; otherwise, the return may not be accepted. The customer also needs to ensure that all returned products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during the return shipping process. In addition, the customer must also provide a copy of the invoice, or any other documents as proof of purchase together with the returned item. The Return Reference Number must clearly be visible on the outside of the shipping product carton and addressed to the following address ;

The Right-Choice accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurred in the transit to The Right-Choice . The Right-Choice will test all products returned. Please note that some products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for further testing. The Right-Choice will contact you to advise of the status of the returned product.
A fee of $50 inc GST plus shipment will apply for any returned product that is found not to be faulty.
The Right-Choice reserves the right to refuse any returns based on any of the following factors;
- the customer has simply changed their mind on the purchase
- product is not returned in their original packaging
- no sign of a valid Return Refernce Number
- products or product packaging shows signs of physical damage/tampering
Alternatively, please visit any The Right-Choice retail outlet with the product you wish to return, occupanied with a copy of the invoice.
